Looking for something fun to do on your off day — or maybe something to keep the non-riders in your crew entertained? Camp Landing Entertainment District in Ashland, KY is the answer. This sprawling 500,000-square-foot entertainment hub sits just off US-60 and packs an impressive amount of things to do under one (very large) roof.
About Camp Landing
What was once the old Kyova Mall has been reimagined as one of the most unique entertainment destinations in eastern Kentucky. Anchored by big-name attractions and surrounded by great dining, Camp Landing has become the go-to destination for locals and visitors alike in Boyd County and the Tri-State area.
What’s Inside
Malibu Jack's Indoor Theme Park — 14 lanes of bowling, a full go-kart track, mini-golf, laser tag, indoor roller coasters, 3D rides, a massive arcade, jungle gym, birthday cabanas, and full food & beverage service. Easily a full day on its own.
The Cinema at Camp Landing — A premium movie theater with stadium seating, a VIP auditorium featuring luxury electric recliners with in-seat ordering, and a full concession stand serving beer, wine, and spirits. The region’s finest theater experience.

Rural King and other retail tenants rounding out the shopping side of the district.
Sandy Ridge Racetrack — Coming August 2026!
Big news for racing fans: Sandy Ridge Racetrack is set to open its doors for its inaugural Quarter Horse race meet in August 2026. Located adjacent to Sandy’s Racing & Gaming, this brand-new $10 million facility will be Kentucky’s only dedicated Quarter Horse racing venue. The inaugural season runs August 19–21, 26–28, and September 4–5, 2026, with approximately $250,000 in purses per race day. If you’re planning a trip to Williams Creek Cabins around that time, it’s a fantastic reason to make a day trip to Ashland.
