Rules and Regulations

Check-in/out Policies:

• The registered guest that booked the cabin/cabins are accountable for all members of their group including visitors and any damage that may occur inside or outside of the cabin.

• Our standard check-in is 3:00 PM; please contact us to check availability for an early arrival. To ensure our cabins are ready for incoming guests, check-out is at 10:00 AM, though we can explore late check-out options upon request.

• If you lose your cabin key, there is a $50 re-key fee due to security reasons. Please leave key on hook near door upon check-out.

Conduct and Safety Rules:

• Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am. You may still ride the trails and enjoy your evening, being respectful to the other guests.

• Visitors are welcome but must depart between 10 PM and 7 AM; only registered guests can use cabins and facilities. 

• Speed Limit: The speed limit throughout the cabin area and parking lot is strictly 5 MPH.

• ATV Use:  ATV's are only permitted for transport to and from local trails, or for loading and unloading purposes.

• Prohibited Activities: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, leisure riding, speeding, racing, motor revving, "doing donuts," and reckless driving within the cabin grounds are prohibited and not permitted.

• You must be 21 years old to consume alcohol, please drink responsibly. Drunken and/or disorderly conduct will result in forfeit of your stay with NO REFUND. This will be strictly enforced. 

• Children must be supervised at all times. 

Prohibited Items/Activities and Premises Use:

• No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises. These rules will be strictly enforced and result in a forfeit of your stay with NO REFUND. 

• All forms of Smoking or Vaping are prohibited inside any of the cabins. 

• Fireworks are not permitted on the property. 

• Each cabin has its own fire pit and charcoal grill. You are only permitted to use the fire pit and grill assigned to your cabin. Campfires are only permitted in fire rings, NO trash burning in the fire rings. We have wood for sale in the store. Please DO NOT throw cans or metal in fire pits. 

• Please help keep our property clean! You’ll find trash cans at your cabin (inside and out) and at the camp store. 

Pet Policy:

• We absolutely love animals! However, for the safety and comfort of both pets and guests, we cannot allow pets due to the large crowds, loud noises and sometimes extreme heat.

These policies will be strictly enforced, failure to comply with these policies will result in forfeit of your stay with NO REFUND. Williams Creek Cabins and its management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries, or for any lost or stolen, or damage to your property.

Cancellation Policy:

​

• 15 Days or more prior to arrival: There is no charge for cancellations.​

• 14 Days or less prior to arrival: In the event of a cancellation, the guest's credit card on file will be charged the price of one night of the rental reservation plus applicable taxes.​

• In the event of a no show/no communication: The guest's credit card on file will be charged the full price of the rental reservation plus applicable taxes.
